Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This page explains how cancellations and changes are handled.

Before you book

The cancellation terms for your trip are shared with your quote or booking confirmation. They depend on the service booked, the travel dates and the vehicle or hotel involved. Please read them before you confirm.

How to cancel or change a booking

• Share your name, travel date and booking details.
• A cancellation is effective from the time we acknowledge your request.

Please inform us as early as possible. Earlier notice usually means lower or no charges.

Charges

• Any cancellation charge is calculated as per the terms shared at the time of booking.
• For tours, amounts already paid to hotels or other providers on your behalf are subject to their own cancellation rules.
• Changes to date, route or vehicle are accepted subject to availability. A change may alter the price.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed with you. The time taken is informed when the cancellation is accepted.

Cancellation by us

If we are unable to provide a confirmed service, we will offer an alternative arrangement or refund the amount paid for that service.
